I offer some private yoga and meditation classes for people interested in deeper exploration of their yoga and breathing practices. My background in Yoga is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage. I have a 200 and 500-RYT yoga certifications. I place a large emphasis on breath, specifically on coordinating breath and movement. I use intelligent sequencing and flow that works the entire body, and leaves my students more relaxed and connected with themselves.
Depending on what you are working on, I may also recommend specific yoga poses or breathing exercises that work hand in hand with the nutrition aspect of your journey. These are simple and powerful tools to incorporate into your daily life that do not require any previous yoga experience.
